The DEFEND Cleveland Show

August 2nd, 2013

On this weeks iteration of Defend Cleveland Friday, Mike and Joe deliver an almost all Tribe talk episode.  After Mike first unleashes some rage at Bud Selig for the MLB Wild Card play-in format, the attention is righted to that of the Indians’ eight game winning streak.  Good question/Bad question returns for the second consecutive week as the fellas look into Francona’s managerial decisions over the course of the winning streak and debate Carlos Santana’s immediate future at the catcher position, Nick Swisher batting second, whether or not anyone can actually spell Ryan Raburn’s name properly, is the starting rotation okay as is, and the demise of Vinnie Pestano this season.  After the lengthy Tribe chat they close with a short foray into the world of bigotry and discuss overt racism at a Kenny Chesney concert and how some racist words are accepted more than others.  All this and more, on today’s jam packed offering of DCF with Mike and Joe.

WARNING: This show contains language you might hear at a Kenney Chesney concert, but the difference is that Mike and Joe aren’t NFL players, and most importantly, they also aren’t total lying bigots. They just enjoy profanity. Enjoy~
