The DEFEND Cleveland Show

August 9th, 2013 – NO SHOW – APOLOGIES

And now for some more bad news, Cleveland sports fan, there’s no DCF with Mike and Joe podcast today. Sorry, this has to feel like we’re piling on at this point. We’re both okay, fear not, but there was a minor emergency that forced us to be unable to record our weekly hour long look at our cities triumphs and woes, and we will return next week. As for what you may have missed, we likely would have discussed the epic fail of the Indians versus the Tigers, how Terry Francona can’t be the problem if he’s also largely the main reason why the team was in the position they were in the first place, and how spending an extra $25-100 million in the upcoming offseason might be the only answer. We would have also discussed among many things how the Browns looked pretty good but it’s hard to see just how good they were through just how bad the Rams looked, how Kosar is officially the frumpy clown king of Cleveland and how seeing the team’s number 1 pick look good only on special teams isn’t the kind of start for Mingo we were hoping to see. It would have all been so much fun. Oh well, see you next week, and go Cleveland.

Sincerely,
Mike and Joe
